CHALLENGES
We digitised the existing production process and enabled automated input of live production data using secure digital devices, incorporating parameters on specific data fields to mitigate risk and error.
Our software solution was blockchain-enabled and easy to use for both production operators and the Marketing team, who use the in-built ability to create unique QR codes for individual bottles and batch to associate pertinent supply chain data to new release products.
The SaaS product we provided to Ardnamurchan was built on an “integration-first” foundation. This both future-proofs the distillery and empowers them to identify and select relevant data-sets to analyse and report on moving forward, including such systems as CRM, accounts, third-party databases, IoT, energy, IP Cameras, supply chain systems etc.
